創立於1991年的強匠冷凍食品，以小型食品加工廠為經營之始，在石造華董事長之精心規劃下，經營規模已從初期之小型加工廠，陸續擴展至大型CAS加工廠生產製造，並延伸至水產加工之領域，經營之型態亦從單純之生產製造邁入行銷導向，已掌握市場脈動，由注重內銷逐步轉為國際貿易與內銷並重。 從成長到茁壯到蛻變，由本土化到多角化，強匠冷凍食品經由不斷努力，堅持其永續經營之理念，一直提昇並擴大對人類生活貢獻。 Established in 1991,CHANG JIANG FROZEN FOOD CO.,LTD.started a small food processor. Thtough deliberated planning by the chairman, Mr. Tsao-hua Shih, the plant has gradully transformed its small operation to a large CAS food processor and manufacturer,and extended its operation to the aquatic products processing realm. The company has also changed from a simple product manufacturer to a marketing oriented entrprise.
